The Social Media Community Manager is responsible for executing social media marketing activities across a range of platforms in order to drive brand awareness and engagement. Be the voice behind the brand executing all master plans across all platforms.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

- Work closely with key internal stakeholders (Social Media Manager, Creative Services) to produce visual content and video assets in line with companies communications strategy.
- Scheduling, posting and community management of all social posts.
- Provide new ideas to increase awareness with new and existing social audiences.
- Assist in the development of new social media pages/channels.
- Grow follower numbers and drive engagement through daily monitoring and moderation.
- Produce reports, within time frames agreed by the Social Media Manager, highlighting engagement, growth, competitor behaviour, and learnings.

The ideal person for this role will have:

• A bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications or relevant field.
• At least 2 years specialist social media marketing or digital media Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
