Traffic Manager Needed for Very Prestigious Property Group

Our client is a very established property goup who are growing their team to manage the onward success of work and also the new business they are acquiring.

As the Traffic Manager you will be the lynch pin of the team. Insuring everything meets deadline and budgets, assisting process with internal stakeholders and also external suppliers including printers, recruiters, freelancers and Renderers.

You will also be responsible for running regular WIP meetings to update the teams. Forecasting team capacity and managing various internal resources to ensure appropriate prioritisation is placed on all project request.

Other Key Role Responsibilities:

- Review incoming briefs, trafficking all work in and out of the team, ensuring briefs are completed and assets are provided.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including seeking information or updates from or providing project status updates.
- Assist in keeping a record of artwork flight checks.
- Work closely with the Art Director and People & Culture to build a high preforming creative.
- Continuously improve workflow process relating to briefing, planning and creative output
