What does this role involve?

• Building strong internal and external relationships with key clients including participating and contributing to planning sessions, WIPs or brainstorms as required.
• Working remotely but collaboratively with teams in Sydney including Creative, Design, Insights, Digital Development and Animation.
• Working closely with the Senior Account Director in Sydney to execute campaigns efficiently and effectively.
• Scheduling and prioritising work across various business units daily, based on a resourcing roster system to deliver scheduled campaigns on time and on budget.
• Managing workflow for retained resources, delivering campaigns on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
• Seeing through projects from the inception of the brief to delivery of all campaign assets per the media plan.
• Working closely with the planning team to ensure insights are incorporated into responses for all creative briefs
• Managing the financial responsibilities for client campaigns

What will your day look like?

• Daily stands up with a bunch of creative and development legends
• Building strong relationships with key clients (dinner and drinks a must)
• Working as part of a tight knit fun team (must have excellent taste in office music)
• Working collaboratively with teams nationally (virtual for now but opportunities for travel once we open back up!)
• Working closely with the Senior Account Director (some hustle required)
• Execute campaigns efficiently and effectively (attention to detail a must)
• Scheduling and prioritising work and developing timelines and budgets

What are we looking for?

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience putting together briefs.
• Familiar with project management tools (Figma, cloud based Microsoft and Google
tools (e.g. Google docs), Clickup/Trello).
• Understanding of media schedules – sizes, specs and deadlines.
• Resilient, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player.
• Confident presentation skills.
• An understanding of digital and traditional media requirements and production processes.
• Understanding the role of customer marketing in maintaining and retaining the customer lifecycle.
• Understanding of the path-to-purchase on client owned assets.
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams (internal & external).
• Attention to detail.
• Campaign analysis and insights.
Good financial acumen.

Firm, fair, organised and has a sense of urgency. Works collaboratively but can make final decisions quickly and decisively to keep things on track. Always looking for smarter ways to deliver. Is solution orientated and knows when to manage up to key stakeholders.
