Our client is a highly successful business with a strong growth plan for the future. This is powerful dynamic content creation software - allowing brand teams and their marketing networks to access and customise templated communication and generate brand-compliant content in minutes.

With expansion and growth plans in place for the next 12 months and beyond - our client is now seeking someone with a background in account management to service a range of high profile clients. These will be multinational brands that you will know.
Across boutique to global advertising agencies, to in-house corporate studios and internal marketing teams, you will be the key point of contact for these clients.

To be successful you will act as the brand custodian with your clients and then partner internally with the Client Services Director and Product Manager. There is an on boarding and training team that will prepare the clients for you to be the brand guardian and build the ongoing relationship.

Your connection with your key clients will ensure they are fully engaged with the product, are building and delivering effective online campaigns and using the product to its full ability. You will champion the brand and provide excellent customer experience.

With a team of 30 based in Melbourne, you’ll be part of the core client management team reporting into the Client Services Director.

On a day-to-day basis you will:
⁃ Operate as the key point of contact, both internally and on client side, for all your accounts
⁃ Understand clients requirements and goals and align them to the product output
⁃ Communicate all clients requirements to the product team as required
⁃ Ensure all product related requests received from the client are addressed to meet client expectations
⁃ Act as the client’s trusted advisor with regular product updates, tips and tricks and best practice
⁃ Work with data and metrics to add value to clients, maximise ROI and ensure client retention
⁃ Juggle multiple and competing requests
⁃ Identify gaps in product usage and help clients optimise their output to deliver successful online content
⁃ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
⁃ Identify areas of improvement and new growth opportunities within key clients

To be suited to this role you will have:
⁃ 5+ years of experience within the marketing or advertising sector
- Experience with adtech or martech is highly desirable
⁃ Excellent knowledge of online advertising, content and digital marketing platforms
⁃ Proven track record of successfully managing internal and external stakeholders
⁃ Excellent communication and problem solving skills
⁃ A passion for product and technology
