Artisan has an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Sourcer to join our team in Australia either PART TIME or FULL TIME (that’s your choice). Team Artisan are collaborative, supportive and transparent, with a squad of high performing consultants, working with some of the most inspirational candidates and clients across Australia.

You will need to be an expert at sourcing and engaging candidates from LinkedIn Recruiter and embrace our custom built ATS as you’ll provide support and assistance to a team of superstar Recruitment Consultants across active and passive sourcing, interviewing and candidate management.

Some of the roles you will be sourcing for are: UI/UX, Copy & Content Writers, Web Publishers, Front End Developers, Back End and Full Stack Developers, Digital Designers, Graphic Designers and more.

This may be your first agency role from internal talent sourcing and recruitment or you may be an experienced 360 recruiter with a passion for dealing with candidates and talent searching.



What Your Day Will Look Like:

- Source and engage active and passive candidates from our internal ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage the database, identify gaps and expand the candidate pool using various sourcing strategies
- Partner with recruitment consultants to assess job briefs and client requirements
- Screen resumes and interview talent to determine suitability for roles
- Provide a shortlist of quality candidates with agility and speed to match job briefs
- Collaborate with a sourcing coordinator to manage screening and interview pipelines
- Act as an advisor to the core recruitment team to help delivery industry insights and trends to clients
- Proactively manage candidate pipelines and anticipates clients requirements
- Work closely with our marketing manager to prepare online marketing material to attract top talent
- Be the team expert on all database and candidate related matters
- Support the core team with job ad writing, reference checks and interview prep
- Own the candidate lifecycle process and provide high quality candidate experience


What You Bring To The Role

- 3+ years experience sourcing candidates for digital, technical and creative roles
- Solid experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as your go-to sourcing tool
- Ability to manage multiple and competing jobs briefs and prioritise workload
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of providing an excellent candidate experience
- Experience working with data to improve the hiring process and bring trends and insights to the table
- Ability to influence a wide range of internal stakeholders
