Our client is a Health Tech company changing the face of diagnostics and preventative health screening. Their products encompass mental health, mindfulness and wellness, extending to chronic preventable disease such as addiction, obesity, diabetes. They are currently looking for an experience Engagement Manager to share the love with existing customers.

While this is not a new role in the business, its very different to what it was with the predecessor with the adoption of AGILE to manage process more efficiently with better outcomes. As the key account manager, your day to day will be the first port of call for clients and fostering positive relationships. You will manage end to end comm’s, create detailed reporting, reverse briefs and liaise closely with the tech team around deliverables.

While your role is not new business, there’s a guy for that, you will be responsible to ensure that the customers have the best outcomes by managing projects from brief, through the system to implementation, such as App/Web Development.

NO DUMB QUESTIONS, and they mean it! They’re a great mix of under 40s, ambitious individuals, with shared goals and values. Its rumored they even have weekends away together!

What we need from you:

- Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
- Eye for detail, strong organisational ability
- Ability to comprehend technical information and convert to others
- Self starter, resourceful solution oriented
- Previous account service experience
- Strong relationship building
- Desirable - Health industry experience
