Our client, a customer focused, member based organisation, requires a hands-on UX Lead to come onboard and manage the UX capability of their internal Agile team.

This roles responsibility is to ensure the businesses digital experience is design led, supporting operational and project digital deliverables to members and customers.

You will be reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager and working closely with the Product Owner, key business teams and various other stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills is a must.

To be suited, you have minimum 5 years experience in UX and design across web and mobile and have worked within an organisation/s that have gone through large digital transformations .

Your skills run across end to end UX deliverables. From running discovery workshops, interviews and focus groups through to research and data crunching, journey and persona creation and user testing.

You have experience delivering customer focused product solutions including website redesigns and builds and have a strong understanding of responsive UI and Visual Design.

You are a problem solver with an analytical aptitude, with capacity to juggle competing tasks and working to tight deadlines. Above all you are customer centric, solutions driven and welcome change.
