Data Analyst - 2-3 Month Contract
Data Analyst – Ideally Sydney based
Start Date: May (depending on candidate availability)
Duration: Up to 3 Mths

Digital agency requires a Data Analyst to join their team on a contract basis for 2-3 months.

As a Data Analyst, you will be generating insights from provided data to enable optimisation of clients business performance.

Working closely with digital specialists across strategy, creative and technology disciplines, you will be leading Adobe or Google analytics implementations, starting with a measurement approach through to application implementation and ongoing optimisation.

You have a deep understanding of client’s business challenges and goal and you are enthusiastic, solutions driven and determined to find the best outcome for projects.

-Ability to write basic code for data manipulation
-Configure and deploy website tagging and analytics tools for site implementations, including custom events, variables and dimensions.
-You can create efficiencies by integrating data platforms together
-Design, deploy, analyse and optimise A/B and multivariate tests
-Expert dashboard and report creation ability
-Expert in generating insights from data
-Proven experience optimising performance
-Strong communication skills with ability to present insights with confidence and ‘tell a story’ with data
-Proactive approach to problem-solving, developing hypotheses and actionable insights from data sets related to everything from eCommerce shopping carts to online video
-Understanding of campaign tracking

-Must have: Experience with Adobe and Google Analytics
-High proficiency: MS Excel
- Desirable: Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Target, Audience Manager and Tag Manager desired
- Highly regarded: Experience with Tableau or Power BI

This role is open to candidates ideally based in Sydney who can work onsite HOWEVER the client is open to offsite Australia wide.
