Web Publishing Manager - FT Perm Role

Are you Website Manager looking for you next role?

Working alongside design teams, content teams and stakeholders you will be the key person responsible for managing the company’s websites and digital publishing platforms.

With two direct reports, you will have strong leadership skills and previous experience as a team leader or manager.

You'll also bring extensive project management skills that'll help you manage multiple stakeholder and various moving parts to run a tight ship.

This is what you’ll do in your role:
- Manage the process, production and implementation of a large website through a team of direct reports
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations and overcome challenges
- Maintain, update and publish content using Sitecore CMS
- Work closely with UX/CX and SEO team to audit, review, optimize and constantly improve the website
- Create content and online publishing workflow, process and calendars
- Allocate resources and prioritize workload to manage competing deadlines
- Communicate technical challenges in digestible terms

This is what you’ll bring to the table:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience with Sitecore or similar CMS
- Strong operational and management skills to deliver tight and conflicting deadlines
- Good eye for design with editing and copy writing experience to align content to brand guidelines
- Previous experience working with larger enterprise level websites and membership platforms
- Strong understanding of trends, online publishing best practice and responsive web design / UI
- Solid Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and Website Accessibility best practices
- HTML and CSS Skills will be highly regarded
