With a focus on innovation and creative thinking, this lead CX role will allow you to deliver best practice solutions to an iconic Australian brand. This is a full life-cycle CX role which will see you develop strategy, undertake data and customer analysis through to implementation.

You will already have strong experience in a CX or service design role, ideally within large organisations gaining leadership exposure along the way. This role also requires you to demonstrate sound stakeholder management skills, including presentation, negotiation and influencing.

- CX measurement and review frameworks
