two new members to the artisan family

Welcome 2010! Its been a positive start to the new year with 2 new members joining the Artisan family! We would like to warmly welcome Vicki- Anne Craigen and Ian Whitmore to the Artisan family. Some of you would’ve had the pleasure of meeting them at the Artisan Christmas party, however the ones that missed out please have a cheeky peep of what they have been up to over the years....

Here's the spill on our latest Consultants:

Ian:
With over three years of recruitment industry experience across both temp and IT - here and in the UK, Ian is looking forward to sharing and developing his industry knowledge with our team.
Ian enjoys working with Creatives: “Talking to these people and seeing their work is more enjoyable than talking tech to a Unix administrator about Sun Solaris version 10. Before (that) I worked for a car hire company on their graduate course - yes, I am afraid to say I was one of those people that took your reservation, but in fact never had a car to start with. This was a steep learning curve, so I am now an advocate of good customer service.” IW
With a down to earth approach, Ian’s keen to kick back after a week's work: “Out of work I'm up and about - be it at the G watching the footy, or cycling the Yarra trail, or even staying up till silly o’clock watching the English soccer. One thing is guaranteed a cold beer is never far away, James Boags is my favourite drop at the moment". We are certain Ian will fit in juuuust fine!

Vicki- Anne:
Initially launching a Career in Accounting, Vicki-Anne made a transition into Accounting Recruitment in 1996, and has since excelled in the industry.
Our newest Consultant understands the Corporate world better than most. Headhunted for a large Recruitment company to develop new financial services division, Vicki-Anne continued to specialise in Super for 5 years. Adding to Vicki-Anne’s Professional Prowess, she has worked as an Executive Coach for 3 years, specialising in PR. It comes as little surprise that Artisan’s busy Corporate team has snapped this little gem up. We can be sure if Vicki-Anne’s not sealing deals for happy candidates and clients, she’s spending quality time with her adorable puppy Imelda, checking out her favourite trance and R&B tunes or traveling the Globe.
