Our clients Social Media team are growing, fast! We’re on the hunt for a talented and passionate Social Media Community Manager who will work on an array of client accounts.

The role

As the Community Manager you will be responsible for managing multiple social channels for a number of well known brands.

This will include managing the brands social media platforms and interacting with followers in real time. You’ll work closely with rest of the social media team in developing thought provoking and engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest.

You will also be responsible for monitoring positive and negative brand sentiment aswell as reporting on influence measurements using tools such as google analytics & Hootsuite.

Desired Skills and Experience

- At least 6 months in a similar role
- Bachelors’ degree in marketing or communications
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to work.
- Takes initiative and can work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Experience using social publishing tools, especially Hootsuite
- Understanding of social media and how tone/voice can alter based on the characteristic of the platform  – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat etc.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative in crisis communication situations to resolve an issue internally and externally
