Digital Marketing Specialist
An all-round digital marketing and eCommerce role with an emerging retailer based in the south eastern suburbs.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development, execution and measurement of a wide range of digital campaigns to support product and company revenue objectives.

The role:


- Create, manage and maintain website content including copy and images.
- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive website traffic, brand awareness, sales growth and customer engagement
- Reporting on key metrics using tools such as Google Analytics

Email Marketing

- Create, plan and build content for email marketing communications with the assistance of a developer.
- Working with department heads you’ll build and plan an email marketing strategy
- Reporting on key metrics such as click through rates


- Develop and execute a social media marketing strategy for social channels such as Facebook and Instagram
- Create & maintain calendar for all digital marketing posts, eDMs and newsletters
- Assist with SEM and SEO covering PPC and re-targeting campaigns including related analytics/reporting
- Help teach company employees how to effectively use Social Media & other communication tools

What you will need to be considered:

- Minimum of 4 years digital marketing experience, ideally within a B2B environment
- Experience and knowledge on SEO, CMS, CRM, digital banners, social media (paid and organic), email marketing and marketing automation
- Excel in all areas of Digital Marketing and is familiar with the latest platforms & trends
- Creative, multi-tasking self-starter with excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience with e-mail marketing best practice and testing techniques
- Experienced in content creation with excellent written communication skills
- Experienced in SEO/SEM/PPC, Google Adwords & Analytics
Layout, landing page design and photo editing experience beneficial
- Marketing Automation experience beneficial
- Ability to brainstorm and contribute to a high-performing team environment
- Detail-oriented and deadline driven
- Excellent work ethic and a positive can-do attitude
- Works hard, but also loves to have fun.
