Are you a digital recruitment consultant or resourcer? Are you interested (or qualified!) in digital content or social media and have a passion for the industry? And are you able to sort the *fire emoji* from the *sleep emoji* when it comes to resumes and folios? Then you might be our new team member!

We're looking for someone to join the team working across a wide range of clients from agencies to corporate to government who are constantly on the lookout for Melbourne's best digital talent.

An understanding of digital marketing principles along with content and social media trends is highly desirable - you'll need to be able to spot when something is outdated or even the tiniest bit misaligned, and be comfortable providing that feedback to the candidate. You'll also need strong people skills as, once you have found candidates, you will be responsible for carrying through the whole process from interviewing to placement.

What we'd like to see in your resume:
- With a background as a recruiter or resourcer ideally with experience in the digital space or similar role such as a content producer or social media coordinator where you have had some client management exposure
- Client relationship skills with either demonstrated business development experience or a strong track record and successfully managing and growing long term accounts
- Self motivated with a keen commercial awareness and an ability to set and work to deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and take on feedback
