Leading toy company is looking for an Illustrator to join their team ASAP on a permanent basis. Primarily, this role will involve creating original character based illustrations, from which a range of toys will be developed and then applied to packaging.

You MUST be able to create your work from sketch ideas through to 3d orthogonal designs. When required, you will also assist with developing storylines, games and additional products which expand these toys into a product range. You will be required to assess print proofs and product samples when necessary and liaise directly with Brand Managers, marketing and production departments to ensure the illustrations produced are in line with product requirements.

You will have:
Worked in a variety of drawing styles, Strong traditional and electronic (Illustrator & Photoshop) drawing skills preferred
A strong understanding of trends within girls fashion to assist with development and illustration of these toys
Be able to think outside the square and communicate your ideas to others
Have the ability to work to tight deadlines and produce clean artwork

You will been to be a team player who shows initative and is flexible and organised at all times. You will need to be able to think at a conceptual level and be able to work to an open brief, drive ideas and styles and be able to articulate this . This is not an ordinary illustration role and we are seeking stand out folios.
