Digital Finished-Artist Jobs, Government Brand-Identity Recruitment Sydney, Advertising-Agency Digital-Production Careers Perth

What is your name?
Bianca Cassaniti.

What is your job at Artisan?
Graphic Designer.

What is your background?
I studied a Bachelor of Multimedia Design at the University of Queensland, followed by a Bachelor of Visual Communication Designs from the Queensland College of Art.

During the time I completed my second degree I took on multiple design internships and eventually landed my first full-time job in a Brisbane based design agency. I skipped most of my uni classes in order to maintain my work schedule and somehow managed to graduate at the end of 2014 with good grades.

I left my job at the agency after 2 years and started freelancing full-time. Not long after I was lucky enough to be offered a job working as the lead designer for a women's sportswear label. I lasted exactly 7 weeks in this position (long story) before I left to pursue a more challenging role. I interviewed at Artisan as a candidate looking for work and was surprised (and couldn't be happier) to be offered a role internally. I have loved everyday since... and yes, it has definitely provided me with the challenge I was seeking! :)

What attracted you to work with Artisan?
A company passionate about creatives? What's not to like!

What are your hard-to-find job titles?
I eavesdrop when the consultants are on the phone and apparently UX/UI designers are hard to come by (in Brisbane)...

What are you reading/listening to/watching currently?
I am reading The Alchemist, listening to anything on Triple J and my favourite movie changes too often to lock one down.

What do you enjoy doing on weekends?
Hanging out with friends and family, going to the beach, having a wine, reading, shopping...
